The Plastic Composite Pipe Hydrostatic & Pipe Bursting Tester is
specifically designed for conducting hydrostatic tests and pipe
bursting tests on a wide range of fluid-conveying plastic pipes,
including PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PPZ-X, PE, PVC, and plastic composite
pipes.
Equipped with a PC-based control system, the tester supports
unlimited long-duration testing and enables real-time storage of
test process data. Its intuitive graphical interface is easy to
learn and operate, while also accommodating extensive test-related
information—facilitating seamless storage and output of test
reports, as well as in-depth analysis of the test process.
Boasting a simplified structural design, high measurement
precision, excellent operational stability, and user-friendly
operation, this instrument serves as an ideal testing solution for

Features:
1.Each control parameter (including pressure, time, and accuracy)
can be inputted or adjusted via either the upper computer
(precision pressure micro-control unit) or the lower computer (PC).
2.The upper and lower computers can display the test time (maximum
9999 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds), pressure (with three decimal
places), and eight test states (boost, pressure maintaining,
pressure relief, operation, test end, leakage, burst, etc.) either
simultaneously or independently. Meanwhile, audio-visual alarms are
triggered in four specific states: overpressure, test end, leakage,
and burst.
3.The system enables observation, analysis, query, storage, and
printing of pressure-time test curves, as well as key test
parameters including start time, set time, current time, effective
time, invalid time, remaining time, overpressure time, and pressure
maintaining time.
4.Each test channel is independently controlled with no mutual
interference. Once one channel completes its test, the remaining
channels continue their testing process. The machine will stop
automatically only after all three groups of tests are fully
completed.
