Precision and Durability Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine for
Industrial Applications
Summary:
Hydrostatic Testing Machine
The Hydrostatic Testing Machine is fully compliant with the
requirements specified in GB/T 6111, ISO 1167-1, GB/T 15560, ASTM
D1598, and ASTM D1599 standards. It is specifically designed for
conducting hydrostatic pressure tests and bursting tests on various
fluid-conveying plastic pipes.
This machine features a simplified structure, high measurement
precision, excellent operational stability, and user-friendly
operation. It serves as an indispensable testing instrument for
quality inspection departments of research institutes and pipe
manufacturers alike.
Features:
1.The machine is controlled by an Industrial Personal Computer
(IPC), ensuring stable and precise operational control.
2.Each test station is controlled independently, with the maximum
number of configurable test stations reaching 50.
3.It is capable of conducting multiple types of tests, including
hydrostatic tests, bursting tests, and 8760-hour long-term
performance tests.
4.The test pressure range of the machine is 3 to 10 MPa, covering
the pressure requirements of most plastic pipe testing scenarios.
5.The system can identify eight test states: pressure boosting,
pressure relief, pressure compensation, overpressure, operation,
test completion, leakage, and bursting. Additionally, it can
automatically calculate both effective time and ineffective time
parameters—where effective time refers to the duration during which
the test pressure remains within the preset pressure range.
Standards:
Comply with GB/T 6111-2003, GB/T 15560-95, GB/T 18997.1-2003, GB/T
18997.2-2003, IS0 1167-2006, ASTM D1598-2004 and ASTM D1599.
Principle:
Upon inputting parameters such as pipe ring stress, wall thickness,
and average outer diameter into the PC, the system automatically
computes the test pressure and transmits the data to the lower
computer (MCU embedded system) via the RS232 serial port. The
machine then automatically maintains constant pressure on the
pipeline: the high-pressure pump generates a high-pressure liquid
pressure source, which, after processing by the pressure control
system, is delivered through a high-pressure hose to the sample
housed in the medium incubator. This enables the pipe to undergo
either a long-term hydrostatic test or a burst test.
