Application:
The WAW-D PC-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal tester
features a double-space architecture with the oil cylinder
positioned at the lower section. Specifically, the tensile testing
zone is situated between the upper crosshead and the middle
crosshead, which is dedicated exclusively to conducting tensile
tests on various specimens.
The compression testing zone lies between the workbench and the
middle crosshead, enabling the execution of compression, bending,
and shear tests on test pieces. Both the tensile and compression
zones are adjustable automatically through the rotation of the lead
screw, which drives the vertical displacement of the middle
crosshead to accommodate different specimen sizes.
Primarily engineered for tensile, compression, bending, and shear
testing of metallic materials, this universal tester can also be
configured with application-specific fixtures to perform tensile,
compression, bending, shear, and folding tests on a broad spectrum
of non-metallic and composite specimens.

Features:
The closed-loop servo control system, integrated with a controller,
servo valve, oil pressure sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer
and computer, enables automatic and precise regulation of the
entire testing procedure, while capturing key testing parameters
including test force, displacement and deformation with high
accuracy.
This testing machine supports a full range of testing modes such as
constant force rate, constant deformation rate and constant
displacement rate. It also allows seamless switching between the
three control modes—force control, deformation control and
displacement control—within a single test cycle.
Test parameters are automatically collected by the computer and
processed via dedicated software, which not only governs the
testing process in an automated manner but also generates test
results without manual intervention. Test curves and results are
displayed in real time on the computer screen, with the added
functionality to print detailed test reports and corresponding
curves for archiving and analysis.
