Ⅰ. Overview:
PPR Pressure Pipe Testing Hose Bursting Test Machine used in all kinds of pressure time determination of non-metallic
pipe at constant temperature and instantaneous blasting pressure
measurement, the host using microprocessor full closed loop control
system, realize the whole system full closed loop control.
Test under by the upper machine and lower machine control system of
two level control system, PC mainly to complete the image
processing, data processing, data management, a machine according
to the command control of upper machine under the target pressure,
hydraulic pressure system and the automatic power saving,
electricity will continue to test function, to ensure the
continuity of test.
Each curve can be shown separately and each test parameter is set
independently.It is widely used in the field of production
inspection, development and research of all kinds of pipe
materials, such as factory, construction engineering quality
inspection station, product quality inspection station, scientific
research institution and so on.
The method for measuring the time of resistance of thermoplastic
plastic pipes under constant internal pressure and GB/ t15560-1995
"method for the instantaneous blasting and pressure test of the
plastic pipe in the fluid transportation" was met.
It conforms to the requirements of domestic and international
standards such as PVC, pp-r, PE-X, PPB aluminum plastic composite
pipe, steel plastic composite pipe, etc.

7. One microcomputer control one working position, it can
separately set and control pressure, accuracy, time and other
parameters while the computer does not work. Real-time display
pressure, time and status (8 statuses: pressure rise, pressure
compensate, pressure release, over- pressure, run, test over,
leakage, burst) and also store these test data. It is also equipped
with sound and light alarm when over-pressure, test over, leakage
or burst happens.
8. Power protection, test report storage / print output and other
functions. Automatically determine the effective time, invalid
time, the remaining time and other parameters, to prevent the
evening, holidays and other periods of failure time, invalid time.
9. When power-down time ensure that the test is accurate and smooth
completion. Instrument structure is reasonable, stable performance,
easy operation, display intuitive.
